Your Role:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies and report results to management regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and adapt social media strategies accordingly.
- Foster community relationships through direct engagement and active participation in relevant discussions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create visually appealing content that attracts and retains audience attention.
- Organize and oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and sourcing images or video content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management (3+ years preferred), preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Proficient in social media management tools (like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social) and analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Experience in graphic design or video editing software (like Photoshop or Canva) is a plus.
